Keeping Your Restaurant Customers Happy!
Scott (the Texas Twister) and Mindy (the Whirlwind) Purcell are experts
in Tableside Balloon Entertainment in Restaurant settings. Here
are some ways we can help your business!
Benefits
Tableside
balloon entertainment can enhance the customer experience in a wide
variety of ways:
- Holding the attention of children when they might otherwise
be causing disruptions
- Entertaining those waiting in line to enter or be seated,
helping time seem to pass more quickly and keeping them in YOUR line
instead of going elsewhere
- Providing entertainment for those times when the food is
delayed
- Enlivening parties and other groups with balloon hats
- Setting a romantic tone with hearts, bears, and flowers for
anniversaries and other special evenings
Additional
benefits to the
restaurant include:
- Increased traffic by dining families when customers become
aware that the balloons are a recurring feature of your restaurant
Flexibility
We can work with whatever is best
for your restaurant:
Duration/Scheduling:
- We can be booked for a special day (Valentines Day,
Mother's Day, etc)
- Or a standing engagement (every Friday or Saturday night,
or a regular "Kid's night")
- Or for special group events (birthday parties, Wedding
rehearsal dinners, etc)
Logistics:
- We can entertain from table to table
- Or from a fixed location
- Or from a waiting area
Repertoire:
- Over 150 distinct designs, plus many combinations and
variations of those!
- Romantic selections (flowers, hearts, teddy bears, etc)
- Simple Selections for young children (dogs, cats, swords,
airplanes, etc)
- More elaborate creations for older children (Little
Mermaid,
Monkey in a Palm Tree, Unicorn, etc)
- Hats for all ages (Birthday crown, princess crown, baseball
cap, Longhorn hat, and many more)
Compensation:
- The Restaurant can pay a full rate for the entertainer's
services and the entertainer will offer the balloons freely to all who
desire them as a gift
from the Restaurant, declining all tips in favor of the service staff.
- The Restaurant can pay a reduced rate for the entertainer's
services
and the entertainer will offer the balloons "compliments of the
restaurant" to
all who desire them but will accept tips if they are offered (but not
solicit them).
- The entertainer can charge a nominal fee for the balloons
and offer
them only to those willing to pay. The restaurant would pay
nothing.
- Depending on the venue and the circumstances, the
entertainer's might
be willing to work for tips only -- offering balloons to all who desire
them, but gently soliciting for tips in return.
